Gregory Thomas has always had an easy life. When it came to his profession, he excelled, gaining himself the position of manager to one of the nation’s biggest wholesale retailers. He was amazing at everything; except when it came to love. The night he found his ex-wife in bed with her gay best friend was the night he decided it wasn’t worth it. He was better off just focusing on his career, and nothing more.
He became content with just being. That is, until Jasmine Velez, his new employee, walked into his store.
Blunt, and honest to a fault, the woman captivates him against his will. Not only is she gorgeous, but she’s the first woman that doesn’t chase him around. Something that makes ignoring her that much harder. The last thing he wants to do is try to have a relationship with a woman again, and he knows that if he allows Jasmine in, that’s exactly what he’s going to go for.
Except, then he’s faced with the possibility of Jasmine being with someone else, and the choice is taken from him. He’s left with only one option: He needs to make her his. But that might prove harder than he originally expected.
How the hell does a man seduce a feisty woman whose gotten tired of waiting for him and is hellbent on not giving into him?

1. What, in your opinion, was the sexiest part of your book? Why?
Truthfully, I would have to say the tongue lashing Jasmine receives atop the conveyer belt. I was ruined. My only thoughts consisting of making it happen – minus the location- and cursing my husband for being at work and not working on me! 🙂
2. Alpha male or sensitive male?
Why can’t they be both? Personally, I think it’s hot for a man to be dominating- the king of his castle- but when it comes to his woman give her the world. My husband has been known to have a mean streak a mile wild and a ‘I’ll fuck you up’ attitude, but when it comes to me he is a wimp…sorry babe 🙂
3. Bedroom or living room? Come on, you know what I’m talking about!
How about every room in the house?
4. Random thought moment! Give me the first one that pops into your head after this.
I want a Mcflurry.
5. Sexiest actor in Hollywood. In your opinion, of course :p
Cris Pine…hands down, to me is the sexiest mofo right now. He has that bad boy look – the kind that could fuck you six way from Sunday, and still take you to church and lunch with the family afterwards.
6. What annoys you the most about the typical heroine/ female character in a novel and how would you do it differently?
That’s an easy one. Jesus, do I have a problem with that woe is me, whiny, plain Jane – to his, oh my, he is such a living God, complex. Come on, first off, no guys likes that. They like women that are secure in their own skin. Women that don’t need them, but are happy to stand next to them. Their equals. So, why if we try so hard to be independent, self assured, and beautiful for ‘us’ and not the world, do we write them as if they are insignificant? That is a pet peeve of mine.
7. Damsel in distress, or bad-ass chick? Which do you prefer, and which one do you think you are?
Bad as chick all the way and every one that knows me will agree! I think a woman that gives as good as she can take is sexy. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind or go after what she wants and sorry, but that is something a lot of men appreciate.
8. What are you reading right now?
Nothing…lol. My brain is fried.
9. What novel rocked you the hardest during your life?
Honestly, I would have to say Twilight. It helped me rediscover my love for reading and through my hunger for more, writing. I have made the most amazing friends – I would venture to even say family- within the fandom. I will forever be thankful to that series, for bringing me towards, the path I am on now.
10. What is your favorite movie as of right now?
Underworld Rise of the Lycans. It has everything I love. Vampires, werewolves, a love story between to sides that shouldn’t mesh, and some hot fighting scenes…ripped guys with now shirts. Yeah, I love that movie!
